Gavin has sat in over 40 international arbitrations under the rules of the HKIAC, ICC, SIAC, CIETAC and UNCITRAL. Gavin has sat in matters involving general commercial disputes, finance & shareholder disputes, international trade & sale of goods, IP and China-related disputes.
