Over 50 appointments as Arbitrator in Domestic and
International Arbitrations. Appearances as an advocate in investment, insurance,
construction, commodity, shipping, ICC, SIAC and China Joint Venture
Arbitrations. Counsel in numerous applications for leave to appeal against
Arbitrator’s awards including applications under Arbitration Ordinance for stay
of proceedings, appointment of arbitrators and interim measures of protection;
applications before Domestic Courts for stay of proceedings, appointment of
arbitrators and interim measures of protection and Member of Chief Justice’s
Committee to review proposals for amendment of Arbitration Ordinance (Cap.
341).
