On 15 September 2010, the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (“ICSID” or “the Centre”) received from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (“Jordan” or “the Applicant”) a conditional application for partial annulment of the Award of 18 May 2010 (“the Award”) rendered in the case of ATA Construction, Industrial and Trading Company v. Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (ICSID Case No. ARB/08/2).
