Arbitration Experience: 

Chair :ICC - 2008 between American Company and Russian inventor over patent rights for DNA sequencing patent. Patent valued in excess of $10 million. AAA – 2012-12 – Dispute between two multinational biotechnology/agricultural conglomerates concerning patent and trademark licenses. Disputed amount in hundreds of millions US dollars. CPR 2005 and 2010 involving – two separate cases involving coronary stents patent licenses. AAA -2004 – dispute concerning genomic database product, more than $30 million in dispute.

Co-Arbitrator – AAA -2013-2014 – Dispute between two agricultural conglomerates re partnership disputes and jointly owned trained marks. Hundreds of millions of dollars in dispute. AAA 2007 – Dispute between inventor and manufacturer of prosthetic devices. Claim in millions of US dollars. ICDR –2009 Dispute between Internet governance association and registrar of domain names re termination of contract. Injunctive relief sought.
