Arbitration Experience: 

(i) As party-appointed arbitrator in Bayview Irrigation et, al. v United Mexican States (46 claimants including 17 Irrigation Districts, 16 individuals and others, claimed under NAFTA, that Mexico´s non compliance, regarding delivery of water to the USA, constituted an illegal appropriation of their investment; and (ii) four commercial arbitration cases under Mexican lawbefore the Cámara Nacional de Comercio in Mexico City, all connected with distribution contracts.
