Arbitration Experience: 

I have been an arbitrator for the AAA and various self-regulatory agencies, e.g. FINRA since 1986. I usually act as chairperson and have served as a party-appointed arbitrator, sole arbitrator, and/or chairman in over 100 cases. The majority of these cases involved complex business disputes or securities disputes. Since 1982, I have routinely served as counsel to major financial institutions and Fortune 500 corporations in complex commercial arbitration cases before AAA and FINRA.
