Matters have included shareholder disputes, joint venture disputes, intellectual property and licensing disputes, construction disputes and infrastructure projects, energy and resources, manufacturing, cross-border transactions and investments, and general commercial contractual disputes. Served as legal expert on construction law issues in mediation proceedings. Provided legal opinions on arbitration law and choice of law issues to the Supreme People's Court of the PRC.
