The majority of appointments have related to international trade and energy, typically involving commodities and shipping. However, appointments also included broader commercial disputes including aviation, competition law, banking services, construction projects, distribution and franchising agreements, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, professional negligence and share purchase agreements.
