Article 1 – Interpretation

1. Unless the context otherwise requires, words and expressions below shall bear the meanings and/ or definitions ascribed respectively below:

o “the Centre” means the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration;

o “the Director” means the Director of the Centre, and in the event the Director is unable or incapable of acting for any reason whatsoever, refers to any other person who may be authorised by the Director in writing;
