Current Appointments: Sole arbitrator in a dispute between a Kenyan land owner and a foreign investor over a 70,000-acre farm. 2014; Chairman of a 3-person Dispute Review Board in a USD 27.5m World Bank funded engineering project. 2013; Member of Public Procurement Administrative Review Board, which resolves tender disputes, e.g. tender for supply of 1.3 million laptop computers (USD 300 million), construction of new port, etc. Since 2013, Government appointment.
