The role of arbitration in the resolution of U. S.-European disputes has undergone significant expansion in recent years. This is particularly evident in the burgeoning caseload of the International Arbitral Centre of the Federal Economic Chamber in Vienna, which has revised its arbitration rules to make them suitable to the growing activities of the Centre in the area of international disputes and to improve the previsibility of ADR for users.
