LABOR—ARBITRABILITY—BROAD CLAUSE

Under a broad, unambiguous, arbitration clause providing for arbitration of all disputes as to the interpretation, meaning, or application of any provision of the collective bargaining agreement, it is for the arbitrator, not the court, to resolve any controversies over the contractual substantive rights and obligations of the parties. The court found irrelevant to the issue of arbitrability the possibility, raised by the school board, that the substantive clauses of the contract might not support the grievances.
