Par acte sous seing privé du 24 mai 2000, la SNC Z SERVICES et la société JJ HOLDING aux droits de laquelle se trouve la SARL K L, suivant avenant du 23 juillet 2000, ont conclu un contrat intitulé 'contrat de prestations de services réciproques’ donnant à cette dernière la jouissance d’une boutique à usage commercial en vue de la vente de ses articles de marque 'Nitya', située à la Vallée Shopping Village, moyennant le versement d’une redevance de 20% du chiffre d’affaires HT pour une durée indéterminée, chacune des parties ayant la faculté de résilier le contrat moyennant le respect d’un préavis de 10 mois.

By act dated 24 May 2000, SNC Z SERVICES and JJ HOLDING, the company in whose rights SARL K L stands, following an addendum dated 23 July 2000, entered into a contract entitled 'contract for reciprocal services' giving the latter the use of a shop for commercial use for the sale of its 'Nitya' branded articles, located at the Vallée Shopping Village, in return for the payment of a 20% fee of the turnover excluding VAT for an indefinite period of time, each party having the option to terminate the contract subject to a 10-month notice.

Le 4 mars 2011, Z SERVICES a fait notifier par huissier son intention de résilier le contrat avec effet au 4 janvier 2012.

On 4 March 2011, Z SERVICES notified, by bailiff, its intention to terminate the contract with effect as of 4 January 2012.

Le 6 janvier 2012, K L a signifié qu’elle entendait faire désigner un tribunal arbitral en vertu de la clause d’arbitrage figurant au contrat, à l’effet de voir :
