The number of sex harassment complaints is increasing as women workers discover they have a right to take action against unwanted sexual attentions. The usual methods of dealing with such cases- from company investigations to administrative procedures to litigation-are complex, costly, time-consuming and not always fair to one or more of the parties. The author suggests mediation is simpler, cheaper, quicker and more frequently produces fair and just resolutions.
