MR. DAVID KITZEN: Thanks for joining us for the keynote address of the 14th annual investment treaty arbitration conference. Whether you’re joining us for the first time today or you’ve attended the earlier conference sessions, we welcome you today. We would like to I would like to introduce our moderator for the keynote address, Freddie Sourgens. Freddie is a globally recognized authority on the intersection of between International Energy law, international dispute resolution, and transnational law of globalization. His publications include a dozen books and over 50 articles, essays and book chapters. He is currently a professor of law teaching at Washburn University in Kansas. But he was also a panelist on our last session, that would be session four of the conference, which is available via recording. If you missed that session, you can get in contact with jurists at marketing at juris pub.com and we’ll get you that recording, as well as the recordings of the previous three other sessions. Immediately after this session, we will be hosting a separate After hours meeting, where further discussion and audience questions can be presented, a link will be posted in this sessions chat. And it will also be emailed to all audience members for anyone who is interested in joining. It is not mandatory, but we would love to see you there. Lucinda is a partner at Steptoe & Johnson LLP in Washington, D.C. and is truly one of the giants of international and transnational law in the United States.
