The following is a relatively typical scenario in the average employee discharge case: 

The ex-employee has virtually no access to his or her former workplace. There usually is no direct evidence of a discriminatory motive, or other wrongful motive, causing his or her discharge. Once a demand for arbitration has been filed, many employers severely restrict contacts with the ex-employee.
