Attendu, selon l'arrêt attaqué (Paris, 5 mai 2011), qu'après avoir formé, le 30 avril 2010, un recours en annulation contre une sentence arbitrale intermédiaire, rendue en France, le 8 avril précédent, en matière d'arbitrage international, la société Bioalliance Pharma (la société Bioalliance), reprochant au juge de l'exécution d'avoir commis un excès de pouvoir en ordonnant l'exequatur de cette sentence a, le 18 juin 2010, soit le lendemain du prononcé de l'ordonnance d'exequatur, formé un appel-nullité contre celle-ci, tout en concluant ultérieurement, au cours de la procédure en annulation de la sentence, à l'annulation de l'ordonnance d'exequatur sur le fondement du même reproche d'excès de pouvoir ;

Whereas, according to the judgment under appeal (Paris, 5 May 2011), after having initiated, on 30 April 2010, setting aside proceedings against an intermediate arbitral award, rendered in France, on 8 April 2010, on international arbitration matters, Bioalliance Pharma (Bioalliance), alleging that the enforcement judge exceeded his powers by ordering the exequatur of this award has, on 18 June 2010, the day after the exequatur order was issued, brought an appeal against it, but subsequently concluded, during the setting aside proceedings initiated against the award, that the exequatur order should be annulled on the basis of the same allegation of excess of power;
