DR. KABIR DUGGAL: Well, welcome everybody. Post-lunch session, we put very attractive people in front of you, so that will help. We’re going to have our own Todd moderate this panel. And the topic is, “are sovereign wealth funds investors protected by investor state arbitration? Should they be protected?” So, we have two prongs to this question. We have an amazing panel here. Todd will introduce himself and everybody else. One of our authors is on the screen. Irina, thank you for joining us. We know you were not well, so we really appreciate this. And thank you for not spreading germs too. But with that, Todd, take it away.
DR. TODD J. WEILER: Thanks. Kabir, wow, I think I should start wearing makeup. She doesn’t look sick at all.
MS. IRINA GOGA: I have some brands I can recommend if you need.
DR. TODD J. WEILER: That’s another topic. Okay, so today’s topic, I’m sorry. This afternoon’s topic for us, “are sovereign wealth fund investors protected by investor state arbitration. And should they be?” So, we have lots of people to go through. I’m going to start with Irina, who’s at Crowell & Moring in this city, which is why it’s extra ironic that she’s on the screen, and she’s going to be taking the in favor position, and then Rebeca Mosquera, who’s way down there, she’s going to be doing the against position. So, I’ll give brief bios of our panelists. Best thing about this is I didn’t ask them for their little bios instead, I just, well in the previous session, I quickly went to their websites and took what I wanted to so this isn’t necessarily what they want you to know about themselves, but it’s what I found. So, starting with Crina, she’s a leader in international arbitration, and she’s the Academic Director of an LLM program in International Commercial Arbitration at Stockholm University.
