The Journal of Technology in International Arbitration (JTIA) explores all aspects of the uses of technology in international arbitration. These range from the feasible – such as conducting some or all aspects of arbitrations remotely or online – to the futuristic (such as whether forensic technology will evolve so as to make witness testimony redundant). The JTIA also explores rules and guidelines in development in reaction to technological advances that affect the field of international arbitration. The JTIA largely appeals to the specialist arbitration audience, but the editors strive to keep all submissions readable and engaging. Issues contain material of both academic and practical interest.
